3-5 years of working experience in e-commerce operations, and 3 years of team management is preferred.

A strong understanding of the shopping habits and shopping psychology of target consumers; Familiar with digital marketing tools;

Able to develop online promotion plans, sophisticated consumer insight is preferred;

Skills

Familiar with the operation and business model of B2C website, with strategic planning of operation platform;

Professional in written English.
